Ronspot

Ronspot is workplace management software covering three booking types in one platform: meeting rooms, desks chosen from an interactive floor map, and parking spaces. Workplace analytics sit alongside them, with an employee app, an admin panel, integrations with common workplace tools and ISO 27001:2022 certification. The interface is offered in seven languages.

Including parking is the decision that distinguishes it, and it is more practical than it first sounds. In most offices parking is the scarcest resource of all, more contested than desks and often the actual factor determining which days people come in. A hybrid working policy that books desks but leaves parking to chance produces staff who travel in and cannot park, which undermines the policy more effectively than any software problem.

Handling all three bookings in one system also fixes the data. Occupancy analytics drawn from desks alone tell an incomplete story, whereas desks, rooms and parking together show what a given day actually costs the organisation in space.

An interactive floor map for desk selection addresses the human factor, since people choose where to sit by who is nearby rather than by desk number, and a list of identifiers does not support that choice.
