Arts People is Neon One's performing arts product for promoting events, selling tickets and following up with patrons, sitting inside a wider nonprofit suite that covers donor management, fundraising, events, volunteers, memberships, websites, payments, marketing and grants and accounting operations.

Approaching arts ticketing from the nonprofit side rather than the venue side is the distinguishing perspective, and it names who the customer really is. Most performing arts organisations in the United States are registered nonprofits whose ticket income does not cover their costs, so the donation is not an add-on to the ticket, it is the larger half of the business.
