AudienceView is a ticketing and live event platform covering tickets, packages and products, series and events, donations and memberships, box office and online sales, AV Payments, mobile ticketing and audience analysis, with AudienceView Unlimited for large organisations and AudienceView Campus for higher education.

Holding donations and memberships alongside ticketing is the distinction that matters in this category and it is not a convenience. An arts organisation's most valuable patron is usually a subscriber who also gives, and when the box office system and the fundraising database are separate, nobody can see that the person buying four tickets on Friday is the same person who gave two thousand last year.

Splitting off a campus edition reflects a genuinely different buyer rather than a market segment. A university sells tickets for athletics, student theatre, lectures and commencement across departments that do not share a budget or a mailing list, and the constraints are internal politics and chargeback as much as ticketing.

Offering payments as part of the platform is the quiet commercial layer under all of this, since a ticketing vendor that also processes the card earns on volume rather than only on licence fees, and that changes how the contract should be read.
