DealerCenter is a dealer management system, CRM and inventory platform for independent dealerships, with a buy-here-pay-here module, dealer websites, digital marketing, a mobile app and a set of AI agents, sold on published per-module pricing that includes unlimited users.

Unlimited users at a published rate is a meaningful structural choice in this market. Independent dealerships have variable headcount, with salespeople coming and going and part-time staff on weekends, and per-seat pricing makes a dealer think twice about giving the lot porter access to inventory. Flat pricing with free training and support removes that friction: the DMS is 99 dollars a month, the buy-here-pay-here module 50 dollars a month, and add-ons such as eContract are priced individually at around 3 dollars.

The DealerCenter buy-here-pay-here module addresses a distinct business model rather than a feature. A BHPH dealer finances its own customers, so it is running a lending book alongside a car lot, with payment collection, repossession and portfolio risk that a conventional dealer never touches. The DealerCenter AI agents are specific: a Sales Agent, Vehicle Intelligence Agent, Video Intelligence Agent and Website AI Agent. Video is included in the plan up to 100 videos with overage at 1.25 dollars each, reflecting how much independent vehicle merchandising has moved to video. The DMS covers lender access and credit applications, contracts and forms, deal management, credit bureaus, stipulation management, a desking tool, integrated accounting, service bay, payment processing, reconditioning and aftermarket F&I.
