Countly is a digital analytics and customer engagement platform that tracks user behavior across web, mobile, and desktop apps and turns it into funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and dashboards. It uses a modular, plugin-based architecture, so teams enable only the analytics, engagement (push notifications, in-app messaging, surveys, A/B testing), and infrastructure features they need. A free, self-hosted Community Edition and free-forever Lite plan are available alongside paid tiers.

The Flex plan starts at $175 per month for private cloud hosting with a 14-day free trial, priced on usage rather than seats.
