The vendor states that more than 60,000 businesses use it.

Answering after hours is the specific problem it solves, and it is a real one for the businesses it targets. A dental practice, a repair shop or a spa loses the enquiry that arrives at ten at night because nobody is there to take it, and the customer books with whoever replies first. Automated qualification and booking at that hour is worth more to a small operator than most features a larger platform could offer.

Consolidation is the second argument and it appears repeatedly in the vendor's own customer accounts. Local businesses accumulate separate tools for messaging, reviews, payments and scheduling, and replacing several with one reduces both cost and the number of places a conversation can be lost.

What a buyer should test is how the automated responses read to their own customers. The vendor's testimonials emphasise that the replies do not feel robotic, which is an implicit admission that this is the thing most likely to go wrong.
