Broadly is a platform for local service businesses covering reviews, local search rankings, business listings across more than forty directories, website lead conversion and an AI assistant that answers calls and messages and records the conversation into the CRM. The vendor states that 11,600 businesses use it and prices the whole package at a single monthly figure.

The pricing argument is made explicitly on the vendor's own page, which is unusual and clarifying. It compares its fee against a human receptionist at three thousand dollars a month and against assembling five separate tools, and invites the buyer to make that comparison directly. Whether or not the substitution holds, publishing the comparison lets a business evaluate it rather than guess.

Listing management is the least glamorous part and often the most valuable. Business details are syndicated to sources including Neustar Localeze, Foursquare and Data Axle and then locked, which stops the slow drift of wrong hours and old addresses that quietly costs a local business searches.

The search ranking grid is worth testing before committing. Seeing where a business ranks across its area is genuinely useful, and the keyword advice attached to it is the part that varies most in quality.
