The flat bundle rate holding regardless of church growth is the pitch, and it is aimed at a specific anxiety. Church software has historically been priced on attendance or member count, so growth quietly raises the bill, and a church treasurer approving software wants to know the number will not move. Removing that variable is worth more to the buyer than a lower entry price would be.

Giving being free is the commercial engine underneath. The vendor makes its money on payment processing rather than on the software, which means a church can adopt digital giving with no subscription at all and only pays more as donations grow. That alignment is genuine, but it also means the processing rate deserves as much scrutiny as the monthly fee.

Offering People free and syncing it directly with giving data is the practical hook, since the most common church data problem is a membership list and a donation record that disagree, usually because one is maintained by the office and the other by the treasurer.
