Breeze ChMS is church management software covering membership records, giving, event and volunteer management, automation and follow ups, email newsletters and text messaging, sold at a single published monthly rate with no setup fee and no contract. Worship tools, church apps and websites are available as add-ons or in a bundle.

Charging one flat rate regardless of congregation size is the pricing decision that defines the product, and it is unusual in a category where nearly everyone charges by member count. It means a growing church's software bill does not rise as it grows, which removes a small but real disincentive at exactly the point a church is adding people. The trade off is that a very small congregation pays the same as a large one.

Offering an instant demo loaded with sample data, before any sign up, is the other notable choice. Church software is very often evaluated by a volunteer rather than by staff, in the evening, and a demo that requires scheduling a call with a sales representative loses that person entirely.

Text messaging is metered rather than flat, with a free monthly allowance then a per block charge, which is the one place the flat rate does not hold. A church that texts its whole congregation weekly should price that separately before comparing the headline figure against anyone else.
