What is Veeva CRM?

Veeva CRM, now delivered on the Veeva Vault CRM platform, is a customer relationship management system purpose built for life sciences sales, marketing, and medical teams. It gives field reps a single view of healthcare professionals, combining call reporting, content sharing, territory and account planning, key account management, and sampling in one system. Embedded AI features such as Agentic Call Report and Agentic Voice help reps capture compliant interaction data through natural language and voice input instead of manual entry.

Vault CRM unifies sales, marketing and medical activity across Approved Email, Engage, Events Management and Service Center on a shared database, with full offline support on iPad and iPhone for field teams. The move to Veeva's proprietary Vault platform became mandatory for new customers starting April 2024, replacing the previous Salesforce hosted version. Veeva does not publish pricing and negotiates contracts individually with each customer.
