Including legal support as a named product line rather than a disclaimer is the most commercially honest thing on the site, because it names what actually drives this market. A great many accessibility purchases happen after a demand letter arrives, not before, and the buyer's question is not how accessible the site is in the abstract but whether they can defend their position. Offering legal guidance alongside the technology addresses the purchase as it really occurs.

The protect element of the AudioEye framing follows from that. Detection and fixing are the technical work; protection is documentation, evidence of ongoing effort and a defensible record that remediation is in progress. In accessibility litigation, demonstrating a good faith continuing programme matters considerably, and a point in time audit report does not do that.

AudioEye active monitoring addresses the recurring problem that a site remediated once regresses as new content is published, since accessibility is a property of every page rather than of the template. CMS integrations put fixes where content is authored. Expert services provide in-depth audits where automation is insufficient, and the platform explicitly serves businesses of all sizes rather than enterprise only, with flexible plans advertised.
