Zero knowledge means the provider cannot read stored files, and the sector list follows directly from that rather than being generic marketing. Legal, healthcare, financial services and government all handle information they are legally obliged to protect, and for those professions a provider able to read client files is a problem regardless of its policies, because the obligation is about capability rather than intent.
