Talmundo

Talmundo is employee onboarding and preboarding software, now sold as part of Talentech following the acquisition. Within that platform it sits in the HR product line alongside master data, development, offboarding and analytics, and next to a recruitment line covering attraction, selection and hiring.

Preboarding is where the product concentrates and it addresses a specific gap. Between an accepted offer and a first day, most organisations fall silent for weeks, which is exactly the window in which a candidate is still weighing a counter offer and in which the decision to arrive or not is really made. Structured contact through that period is cheap to provide and disproportionately effective, because the alternative is not neutral, it is absence.

Sitting inside a broader HR suite means onboarding connects to recruitment upstream and to development and offboarding downstream, so the employee record follows one path rather than being rebuilt at each stage.

The platform is European in origin with local support and a stated focus on GDPR and security, which matters for organisations whose employee data handling must satisfy European regulation. An AI assistant is offered across the Talentech products.
