Waybook is a documentation and onboarding platform that holds a company's processes, how to guides and training material in one place, then tracks who has read and understood them. It covers the employee manual, employee onboarding, compliance training and standard operating procedures from a single document base.

Tying documentation to progress tracking is what distinguishes it from a wiki. A handbook nobody reads is the default outcome for written process, and the only way to know whether a policy actually reached someone is to record that they worked through it. Testing knowledge as people read turns documentation from a reference nobody opens into an onboarding step with a completion state.

That makes compliance training a natural fit, since compliance is precisely the case where an organisation must be able to demonstrate that a specific person received specific information on a specific date. A shared drive of documents cannot show that, and a tracked read can.

Pricing is per team rather than strictly per seat, with a block of members included and a stated rate for each additional person, which suits a small company that wants predictable cost as it grows. Larger organisations are directed to a custom plan.
