What is Ciloo?

Ciloo is a global on-demand platform for branded products that streamlines internal ecommerce for physical merchandise, producing items close to where they are needed rather than shipping stock from a central warehouse.

Local on-demand production is the design decision everything else follows from, and it addresses the two largest costs in branded merchandise at the same time. Producing to order means nothing is written off unsold, which is where most swag budget is actually lost, and producing near the recipient removes the long-haul freight leg that dominates the carbon footprint of a branded item. Sustainability and cost reduction are usually competing objectives in this category, and this is one of the few arrangements where they point the same way.

The Ciloo platform covers production locations for local sourcing, invoicing and payments with approvals, budgeting and cost allocation, and integrations connecting to existing workflows. Cost allocation deserves particular note because it solves the recurring internal argument about which department's budget a given order belongs to, which is often the real reason branded merchandise ordering stays centralised and slow.

Ciloo solutions span sales and marketing material, rebranding physical products, business cards on demand, a single branded product store, swag and promotional items, customer reward redemption, franchise and distributor enablement, employer branding and recruiting packs, and corporate gifts. Industries served include manufacturing across chemical, automobile, electrical and industrial, education covering universities and research institutions, business services spanning real estate, banking, consulting, finance and IT, and health covering wellness, hospitals, care homes and public safety. A cost of promo calculator and case studies are published. Pricing is not published.
