What is Salesforce PRM?

Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (part of Salesforce's Partner Cloud) helps companies build personalized partner portals on Experience Cloud to manage resellers, distributors, and brokers. It covers deal registration and management, lead distribution, and channel analytics, and is designed to plug directly into a company's existing Salesforce data and workflows rather than operating as a standalone product.

Salesforce sells two partner licensing editions: Partner Relationship Management and the more advanced Partner Ecosystem Management, which adds partner enablement, loyalty management, account plans, and additional custom objects and APIs. Both require an existing Sales Cloud or CRM license and are priced per named member per month, billed annually. A separate Channel Revenue Management add-on handles incentive and rebate management.
