Touchplan is construction planning software built around lean construction and pull planning, connecting the detailed short-interval plans made by trades in the field to the master project schedule.

Master schedule synchronisation is the capability that defines the product and it addresses the central dysfunction of construction planning. The master programme lives with the planner, while the plan that actually governs next week is made by superintendents and foremen on sticky notes in a trailer. Those two are almost never reconciled, so the official schedule drifts from reality and stops being useful for forecasting. Digitising pull planning and syncing it upward keeps both current from the same source.

Precision Time Planning and BoardScan are named capabilities, BoardScan presumably bridging physical planning boards into the system, which is a realistic accommodation: teams that plan on a wall will not stop doing so because software exists, and meeting them there beats insisting they change first.
