What is Level Access?

Level Access provides an end-to-end digital accessibility platform organised around four stages: audit and test, build and fix, governance and reporting, and training through Level Access Academy, with add-ons for CI pipelines, mobile and documents.

Structuring the product around programme stages rather than around features reflects how accessibility work actually fails. Organisations buy a scanner, generate a report showing thousands of issues, and then discover nobody owns fixing them, no policy governs new work and the next scan shows the same total. Governance and reporting exists as a named pillar because a programme without documented ownership and monitoring regresses to where it started.

Combining automated scanning with manual evaluation in the audit stage is the honest position. Automated tools detect a bounded subset of accessibility barriers reliably and cannot assess whether alternative text is meaningful, whether a reading order makes sense, or whether a custom control is operable by keyboard in practice. Any vendor claiming automation alone achieves compliance is overselling, and Level Access pairs the two explicitly.

The add-ons address the parts organisations discover late. Level CI puts accessibility testing in the CI/CD pipeline so regressions are caught at merge rather than at audit. Mobile testing covers native iOS and Android, which web scanners do not touch at all despite mobile often being the primary channel. LevelDocs generates accessible PDFs directly from Microsoft Office files, addressing the document backlog that is usually the largest single category of inaccessible content in a large organisation. Pricing is not published.

Level Access FAQs

Rates are not published. Accessibility programmes are quoted on digital property count, page volume, and whether audit services, training and add-ons such as Level CI and mobile testing are included.

No. Automation detects a bounded subset reliably but cannot assess whether alternative text is meaningful, whether reading order makes sense, or whether a custom control is genuinely keyboard operable.

Accessibility testing inside the CI/CD pipeline, so regressions are caught at merge rather than discovered months later in a scheduled audit.
