What is Attach (Cirrus Insight)?

Attach was a standalone document tracking platform that let sales and marketing teams see in real time when a shared PDF, PowerPoint, or Word document was opened and which pages were viewed. Cirrus Insight, a Salesforce email and calendar integration company, acquired Attach.io in 2017 and folded its tracking technology into its own product line.

Attach is no longer sold as an independent product. Its capabilities now live inside Cirrus Insight as Attachment Tracking and Buyer Signals, features within Cirrus Insight's modular, a la carte pricing configurator for Gmail and Outlook users who sync activity to Salesforce.
