BCC Post-Presort is post-presort mail preparation software from BCC Software, sold alongside BCC Mail Manager, Bulk Mailer, DAT-MAIL and PostalWeb. Its MAILdb component handles the data work of getting a mailing sorted and documented for entry into the United States Postal Service system.

The product carries an unusually traceable lineage. It began as Monticello Software, named after the National Historic Landmark near the company, was acquired by Satori Software in 2012 and sold as Satori Post Presort, then acquired by BCC Software in 2019 and rebranded again. For a buyer that history is worth knowing, because postal software is bought for the long term and two ownership changes in seven years tell you something about the consolidation in this market.
