The pitch is to inventory and manage thousands of trees, map them with GPS precision, build proposals from that inventory, sell multi-year plans and run work orders from estimate through completion. Software organised around a job list can tell you what you did; software organised around a tree inventory can tell you what a property needs next year, which is what makes recurring revenue sellable rather than hopeful.

The target customers follow from that design. Commercial tree care, landscaping, homeowner associations, municipalities and large residential operations are named specifically, and these are the accounts where a property carries hundreds or thousands of trees under a standing relationship. Proposal generation is treated as a first-class capability rather than a document feature: estimates are created with automations, converted into branded proposals in seconds, and passed to crews as work orders, with sales and operations working from the same field data. That single-source arrangement is the actual fix for the most common failure in this trade, where what was sold and what the crew arrives to do have quietly diverged.

Reported scale is 500,000 bids submitted, 15 million trees mapped and $4.5 billion in proposal value delivered. QuickBooks and HubSpot integrations cover accounting and CRM, and time tracking with meal and rest break tracking is included, which is a compliance requirement in some states rather than a convenience. Landscape Inspections is a newer capability using AI to build reports from a property walk.
