Manhattan Active Omni is the order management member of Manhattan Associates' Active family, and the family's defining property is that every Manhattan Active solution shares the same AI native foundation.

Manhattan states the consequence directly: planning, commerce and execution do not just connect, they operate as one. Active Planning covers demand forecasting, allocation and replenishment, with an AI powered demand planning solution that adapts in real time to sharpen forecast accuracy and optimise inventory decisions through constant change. Adapting in real time is the meaningful claim rather than accuracy alone, since a forecast built weekly is already stale in a market where demand moves daily.

Inventory allocation is treated as its own discipline, unifying forecasting and replenishment into allocation decisions rather than treating them as separate exercises with separate owners. Manhattan's leadership also argues publicly that AI will not end SaaS and that the strongest SaaS organisations are positioned to make AI more valuable, which is a coherent position for a vendor whose advantage is a shared data foundation.
