Visibility is the foundation and the reason this category grew so quickly. A shipper handing freight to a carrier historically lost sight of it until delivery, learning about a delay when the goods failed to arrive. Tracking across carriers, modes and countries turns that into a live picture, and the value is not the picture itself but the time it buys to react.

Framing the platform as decision intelligence rather than visibility is the more honest positioning, because knowing a shipment is late is only useful if something can be done. The question is what to do: expedite, reroute, tell the customer, or adjust production. Visibility without a decision is a dashboard nobody acts on.
