Feedzai

Feedzai is an AI-native fraud and financial crime prevention platform built around RiskOps, a unified approach spanning the entire customer lifecycle, with Feedzai IQ providing network intelligence and Feedzai Orchestration handling account opening.

Covering the whole lifecycle rather than the transaction is the structural argument and it reflects how fraud actually works. A fraudulent transaction is usually the last step of a sequence that began with an account opened using a stolen or synthetic identity, and a system examining only payments sees the symptom. Watching onboarding, behaviour and transactions as one continuous risk picture catches the account before it is used rather than the payment after.

Network intelligence is the capability an individual institution cannot build for itself. A fraud ring attacking twenty banks looks like isolated incidents at each, and only a provider seeing across institutions can recognise the pattern, which is why this is the durable advantage in fraud prevention rather than the modelling.

Combining fraud with anti-money laundering is the other consolidation and it is regulatory as much as technical. Both examine the same transactions for different purposes, one to stop theft and the other to detect laundering, and institutions running two systems investigate the same customer twice with two sets of alerts.
