Wodify is gym management software combining operations tools, marketing automation and a customisable member app, built for functional fitness, jiu-jitsu, martial arts, HYROX affiliates, bootcamp and high intensity gyms, yoga and pilates studios and online programming businesses.

Performance tracking is the capability Wodify is best known for and it explains the vertical focus. In functional fitness a member's logged results are part of the product rather than an administrative record: they compare a lift against last month, a workout time against the rest of the class, and the leaderboard is a genuine reason to keep attending. General purpose studio software treats a class as an appointment and has nothing to record, which is why gyms in this segment usually end up running a second system alongside it.

Pricing is per location rather than per member, which suits a multi-site operator with an uneven membership spread and is worth checking against per-member alternatives before committing. A promotional rate of 99 dollars a month per location is advertised against a list rate of 199 dollars, with a booking deadline attached, so the figure a buyer is quoted depends on when they sign.

Beyond the core, add-ons cover a branded app in the app stores, custom websites for search visibility, 24 hour access control managed from within the same app, a workout marketplace of integrated programming and live heart rate monitoring. Integrations include QuickBooks, Facebook Leads, Slack, Wellhub and ClassPass. Wodify publishes API documentation and a product roadmap, and its switching team handles data transfer, setup and training.
