Trainerfu is personal training software for building workouts, tracking progress, selling programmes and engaging clients, and its evidence is unusually direct: 2,511 App Store ratings averaging 4.8 and 595 Google Play ratings averaging 4.7.

Publishing the raw counts alongside the averages is more informative than most vendor social proof. A 4.8 from 2,500 reviewers is a meaningfully different claim from a 4.8 from twenty, and the app store is the one place a software vendor cannot curate which reviews appear.

What the published reviews consistently praise is the coach's visibility into client behaviour between sessions. Trainers describe keeping up with and staying in control of what clients do when they are not together, clients checking off each workout so completion is visible, and templates and plans being easy to access and apply to new clients. Those are retention mechanics rather than programming features, and they are what actually determines whether an online coaching relationship survives.

The community dimension recurs too, with a fitness community chat board where clients post progress pictures and messages to motivate each other, which several reviewers single out.
