The RegFox pricing model is the headline and it is well constructed. There is no monthly charge on either tier. Standard costs 0.99 dollars plus one percent per registration, capped at 4.99 dollars. Premium costs 1.99 dollars plus one percent, capped at 5.99 dollars. Free events cost nothing. The cap is what makes this work for higher priced conferences, since an uncapped percentage on a 2,000 dollar ticket would be punitive, while the flat component keeps cheap tickets viable. An organiser running one annual conference pays nothing for the eleven months they are not selling.

Real View Builder is a do-it-yourself event page builder requiring no code, with what the company describes as limitless creative control over branding. Conditional logic creates attendee workflows, tracks and pricing rules, which is the capability that separates real registration software from a form, since a conference with multiple ticket types, member rates, early bird windows and session tracks cannot be expressed as a flat form.

RegFox payment plans let attendees pay by instalment, which materially widens access for expensive multi-day events. An event CRM manages contacts, leads and attendees. On-site tooling covers a check-in app for scanning attendees and badge printing individually, in bulk or by export to a printer. Add-ons and upgrades can be upsold during registration, and integrations sync attendee data to thousands of third-party tools.
