SYNKROS is Konami Gaming's casino management system, organised into modules that cover the operational spine of a property: slots, tables, cage and credit, patron tracking, marketing, analytics and compliance, all sitting on a shared architecture layer. The design intent is real-time operational visibility, so supervisors can see what is happening across floor areas as it happens rather than in next-day reporting.

Its patron side captures a 360 degree view of both player and business activity, feeding visual analytics that management uses for decisions on promotions, floor mix and player reinvestment. The marketing module drives customer engagement and promotional campaigns off that same patron record, while the compliance module handles regulatory monitoring and reporting obligations. Konami offers scheduled demonstrations rather than self-service trials.
