What is Clazar?

Clazar is a cloud sales acceleration platform combining marketplace automation across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud with co-sell automation from opportunity creation through to deal closure, sold on published tiers with an explicit commitment to charging no percentage of revenue.

The no revenue share position is the commercially significant one. Several platforms in this category take a percentage of transactions flowing through them, which means the platform cost rises with success and the vendor is paying most where the deals are largest. A flat subscription makes the cost predictable and keeps the incentive to route large deals through the marketplace intact.

Five features form the core of Clazar. Listing launches and manages marketplace listings. Offer Management creates, sends and tracks offers across marketplaces. Metering ensures accurate billing for every unit of consumption. Buyer 360 tracks each stage of the buyer journey. Analytics provides revenue tracking. For enterprises there is a Salesforce Experience for managing private offers and co-selling inside Salesforce, an Automation Builder, published security and compliance information, out-of-the-box integrations and an API.

Clazar pricing is genuinely published. QuickStart runs at 799 dollars a month billed annually and is aimed at seed stage vendors starting their marketplace journey, with free first year terms subject to eligibility. Growth runs at 1,499 dollars a month. Enterprise is custom. Add-ons are also published, with marketplace integration and co-sell integration at 6,000 dollars each and additional listings at 3,000 dollars. Private offer quotas count only accepted offers, so an offer a buyer declines does not consume quota. A self-guided platform tour is available without a sales conversation.

No. Clazar states a transparent pricing model with no revenue share, so platform cost stays flat rather than rising with transaction value.

Only accepted private offers count towards the quota. If a buyer does not accept an offer, it is not deducted from the plan allowance.

Depending on the plan, one or all three of AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces.

QuickStart is aimed at seed stage vendors, with free first year terms subject to eligibility, and Clazar invites seed companies to contact sales for tailored pricing.
